Idea: when we notice, read something having to do with the interview we just mention the interesting stuff.


h1. §§ Today I saw a good talk on TV. One question was:

'when did you fear most in your life?'


n1. ** Last night I saw the interview I was waiting for. A little disappointing, but enjoyed still. I don't remember the exact words...but it was something like this:

'...in the end you will be the winner.'
'so be it.'

h2. @@ When an interviewer likes to hear a realistic answer he first mentions a disparaging remark so that the person is a bit upset and does not like to exaggerate the facts. It also serves the interviewer to keep control over the talk.
As to me I dont like this kind of technic, it is too artificial and it influences the atmosphere. The person will use his brake from now on and will be on his guard. So I see that artificiality creates just the opposite of what you like to hear..

h3. (By the way I noticed by myself that I don't like the 'Cooper Black' font, I try to avoid using that font.)

Today I saw the understanding interviewer in action. He tried to improve what people liked to show. But the time was showing, not teaching time. So people were prepared to be admired not to criticized, so the good-willing teacher noticed that he was wrong, but it was already too late..


h4. Somebody asked a man to give figures to certain people. We have figures from 0 to 10. 10 means 'top notch'. And it works well, especially when one may make an annotation as well.


h5. The opening question of an interview is interesting.
There are open and closed questions.
An open question gives you room and freedom and sets the person at ease. (be on your guard..)
A closed question: the interviewer likes to steer you. (be on your guard..)


h6. A difficult question: 'You have been through different periods in your life, which feature of yours has been unchanged? e.g. your optimism, faith or else.'


h7. Today I noticed: The interviewer started with a compliment. Then he followed with a question the person had to answer with 'no'. Then he started with the important questions.
The answers were answered with folded arms. It means: I do not like to be intimidated and I know what to say.
A 'yes'-culture is 'light and open'; a 'no'-culture is 'closed and dark'.
