Xia
Xia is another Laboritory Child like Creed, and Kaid. Little is known about her, for she is a new found character. I will desense the info. I know about her now.
She was born and raised an a cruel laboritory where the scentists did experements on animals, and people that often turned to death. They had no mercey on who they did this to. Some experements included eachother. They chose Xia because when she was born she had strange markings and dog-like feet. As she grew older she stopped talking. They know a lot is going on in her mind because the catscans show that she uses more of her brain than the average human. She became able to manipulate electricity shortly after entering pubrity. In one experement the put her on a tredmill, and she got an idea. She'd never tried to excape, for people who tried to excape and failed were sentenced to a slow and horribly painful death. The screams were so loud from the pain they tossed them into an old sound proof restraint room the stunk of death. Xia took the electricity from all the equiptment around her, and created a huge enery that blinded the scientists, and rendered them temporarilly paralized. In that moment Xia ripped off all the tabs that they put on her to moniter her, and ran as fast as she could. Using the electricity the blanked out the security system which as a default setting opens every door withing the bulding. She ran through the coridors, electrifying anyone who came too close to her. She'd made her excape. She lives on the streets, not trusting a soul, and being as quiet as ever. She'll only whisper to those she really trusts.
