How do I shop before the public? Simply volunteer for one 4 hour shift. Shifts are on a first come first serve basis.
How do I sign up to volunteer? Call 985-510-1317 or email kidscastaways@yahoo.com with your info and requested shift(s).
Can I volunteer for more than one shift? Yes, you may volunteer for two shifts and receive an extra preview ticket for a spouse or friend.
How long are the shifts? 4 hours
I'm pregnant or have a medical condition, can I still volunteer? Of course! We have several different "jobs" that involve different things to help with.
Can I bring a friend with me to the presale? Each volunteer is given one ticket to the presale per shift worked.
