I'm living in the Caribbean now.  

I don't have that many Caribbean friends ..especially from Guyana

So if u wanna shout me. feel free..K?. This is an interesting community u guys have here. never thought I'd find one of it's sort on the net, like my mom says sometimes "Mo u live..Mo u see"..hih..but then again with the net anything's possible ..yea?. it sort a makes u reflect on your heritage/roots. It's kind a depressing too I think, considering sooo much of our culture that has been lost. I guess that's why it's important to have initiatives such as these to help in rediscovering the Immigrant East Indian's heritage.  After all, identity or the feeling of identity is one of the major factors that influences a person's lifestyle.
