Critical-Thinking Assignment: The Industrial Revolution (1750-1850) is characterized by harsh factory conditions, an unsanitary working environment and low wages. The Sadler Committee has recently launched a few investigations into these conditions but they need more information before they can assess what level of government intervention is necessary to help alleviate the problem. In fact, they have asked you to report on these problems and propose solutions to some of these major problems. You will review a series of visuals, documents and cartoons to build your final report. Once you carefully reviewed the materials, you will propose legislation that is most essential to help the victims of industrial abuse. In your final report, include 5 major reforms (be specific). Be sure to preface each report with a brief narrative on the harsh conditions that have prompted each reform. Final reports should be 2-pages in length, include 5 major reforms with descriptions and background as “evidence”, and cite sources used in the investigation (MLA format)
