About R.I.A.
Rhy'Din Intelligence Agency
Welcome to R.I.A.
Welcome, from all the members of the Rhy'Din Intelligence Agency. This page is an introduction into the wide world of R.I.A., which encompasses many creatures, events, ideas, contexts, and everything, which makes Rhy'Din what it is. As you may know, Rhy'Din is a Roleplaying Realm in which many Governments are established. R.I.A. is one of these Governments, a Forum, which supports many Guilds, yet is disctinctive to a Specialized Guild. You may fall under one of the Sub-Guilds, which are all under construction procedure, and updates are being negotiated. Back to the Forum half of R.I.A., it supports all classes, and provides the sternest and most logical government in all of Rhy'Din. With each class comes a Sub-Guild, which are each Governed by R.I.A., as a Forum. Some Sub-Guilds are special interest (i.e. The Royal Castle), which do not conform fully to Rhy'Din.
Government of Rhy'Din
The Government of Rhy'Din Intelligence Agency includes the Administration Committee, which is formed by and consists of the Board of Administration (Board of Directors and all above), who carry out Finances, and all other Business within R.I.A. Also controlled by the A.C. (Administration Committee), is the Diplomatic Functions of R.I.A. The Administration Committee is broken down into the Judiciary Committee, consisting of 3 Head Judges (including the Chief Justice, MDOI, and VMDOI), and 11 Jurors that are selected by their relevancies in each Area of Judgement. Each of the 11 Jurors may give 1 adjustment to the punishment dice, either +1 or -1, after a Judgement of the Head Judges is made. The Head Judges may overturn the modifiers, if they all agree on a Final Sentence Adjustment Modifier, or they may State a Mandate of Heaven (which is rare), and have another trial, not to exceed 3 trials, the last trial not overturned by Mandate is the one that is Law.Basic Structure
The Basic Structure of R.I.A. is dependent upon the Chain of Command, which can be found under the R.I.A. Main Page, or the Archives. The Chain of Command, notably "ranks" go from a lowly First-Degree Agent to the Forum Master. Each guild that R.I.A. encompasses does not have to conform to the Chain of Command as in titles, yet they must have a sufficient structure. All ranks below the Board of Directors (Chief-FDA) are Guild Titles, except for Guild Master, which is a dual title, as is Guild Ambassador. Each Guild that is in R.I.A. operates interdependently, with R.I.A. and the other Guilds, unless they have Contract of War, Espionage, etc., against another Guild within R.I.A.I hope that you have enjoyed this brief introduction
