What is R.I.A.? R.I.A. stands for Rhy'Din Intelligence Agency. It is an organization that has Officials and Agents. The DSGIA is a nationwide web of Investigators who exchange information & receive promotions. Since the R.I.A. is an Internal Investigation & Enforcement Agency, the Officials supervise & direct certain portions of Investigators. One detail not listed is the succession of Agents. You first start out as a First Degree Agent, or FDA, and learn the essentials & receive preliminary training. Then, you may be promoted to a Second Degree Agent, or SDA, where you complete your training as an Agent. Then, you may be promoted to become a Third Degree Agent, or TDA. Here, you receive training on creating Profiles & Reports on Assignments. After completing the training course & completing the required amount of reports, you may be promoted to Fourth Degree Agent, or 4DA, where you may apply to be a trainer, or go on in your investigative duties. As a Fifth Degree Agent, or 5DA, the highest ranking Agent, you receive more privileges & may apply to become an official, &/or transfer to another Division. Promotions are based on recommendations, report input, and seniority. File access for Agents are arranged in five degrees. For example, an FDA may receive general or preliminary reports on his assignment for assistance, and an 5DA would have access to Top Secret information critical to the liberties of Confidentiality. So, the higher the degree an Agent is, the more information he/she may have access to. If you would like to become an Agent, please fill out all forms & contracts to apply. Those who violate the rules & regulations to a certain extent and are found guilty by the Judiciary Committee shall have their license revoked, and they will be disavowed.
