This song begins after Magaldi sings "On This Night of a Thousand Stars."
Eva believes that Magaldi is in love with her; her family knows better.
While they know that he just used her for a one-night stand, they think
it's crass and unacceptable that he's just going to leave Junin for Buenos
Aires without her. "Eva and Magaldi" is the discussion between Eva and
Magaldi (hence the name) about whether or not she's going with him; "Eva
Beware of the City" is Magaldi trying to talk Eva out of going, telling
her that the city is no place for her or her kind. In the end, Magaldi
loses, and Eva boards a train bound for Buenos Aires. Here begins the
rest of her life.
