Here you can see the difference between regular .12 carbs and the HPI/Nova carb. THATS WHY!
Here is the older .12FE engine. notice how the intake hole on the slide is small around than the intake throat. In my opinion this would create turbulance.
These are both the TT .12 carbs they both have the 2 but they are different.
Here im pointing at the old engine it dosnt have the lip for the ruber seal over the slide. i feel this can cause leaks. or will leak.
Here im pointing at the lip on the newer style carb, it has the lip for the seal. I feel this is a better carb. most of the carbs of this style have this seal.
This is the carberator on the Picco P-5 its a neat looking carb but hard as hell to tune.
