There is a cement-block barbecue at the back of the yard. There are many fine old trees back there too.

Cedarstone is in a nice, residential neighborhood, mostly young families, or older couples. Crime rate is low, and dropping. We have never had anything stolen or vandalized at Cedarstone. The Block Captains for "Wyandotte Countians Against Crime" live just a few doors down.

There are two nice parks nearby. Cedarstone is near the intersection of Park and S. 24th. Streets. Quick access to I-70 and to State Avenue and Central Avenue.
