Cedarstone for sale or rent

We call the house "Cedarstone" because it's set into a hill, surrounded by tall cedars...and the house was built in 1905 of solid, native limestone.

House has a full basement witha washer and dryer. Three bedrooms, one upstairs bath. Lots of storage space.

This is a really great ad page..and it's a really great deal! Anyone would be stupid not to jump on it! You'll probably have a buncha girls wanting to rent for the "max factor" hehehe.

What are your policys on pets? Is there a lease or is it month to month? I guess you've covered everything else!
