Steve Jaqvaar (no title picked yet)
Recorded at the Subway Studios in Athens, Greece, by Vangelis Sapounas, 18/12/02-19/02/03.
The album I am currently working on. It was supposed to be "Not The Boy From Madagascar" originally, but we ended up recording many older songs and also giving it a quite different sound. Panagiotis (currently at #15 of the Greek charts with his super-hit album "Cafe Del Arte" is a brilliant classical guitarist with a more complicated musical background (as opposed to musicless lyricists such as myself). And it shows :)
Songs: All That Shines (also included in "Sent To Coventry"), Traveller, Radioactive Blues (by Jimmy Bozeman), Crusade, Somewhere Along the Line, Ain't Got No Blues No More, 3 Years, House Of The Rising Sun (traditional), Song Of Sixpence (traditional), Mad Elaine's War, Diamonds Of Rust, This Song Is Yours, Back To Square One, Don't Wanna Go.
All songs written by Steve Jaqvaar and arranged by Panagiotis Margaris unless stated otherwise.
Musicians: Steve Jaqvaar (guitar, vocals), Panagiotis Margaris (guitars, arrangement), Giorgos Katsanos (piano, drums, percussion, harmonica, whistle), Dimitris Oekonomakis (el.base, double-base),
