(Note: There is a guitar effect being used here that fellow Guster fan Mike Mathieu has figured out. Mike says that the effect is called the "Step" effect. Guster puts it at a speed of 8. The effect can be bought as a single pedal or it comes in some pedals with multiple effects, such as the Zoom 505. I hope this helps you out!)
