When you come home from a long day at school, and run to the cupboard for a snack, what do you usually go for first? An apple? A celery stick? Or are you looking for cookies? I'll bet you'd take the cookies! Sweets, or junk food, is okay once in a while. But if you snack a lot, which most kids do, you should try replacing some of the "junk" you eat with food that is good for your body - and your teeth. Let's face it. If you eat too many sweets, you will probably get cavities. Even if you brush. So push those cookies aside, and grab a carrot instead! Your body, and your teeth, will thank you for it!
