This set was issued in Germany in 1994, and in Eastern Europe in 1997, where it is known as "Peppy Pingos' Party".

This set of penguins at the beach was first released in Italy under the name “Il Pazzo Mondo dei 10 Pingui Beach”. Thereafter it was also issued in Spain and Portugal, where it’s known as “El Loco Mondo de los 10 Pingui Playa”.
