MAXI TOYS
These are toys which come in giant Kinder Surprise eggs, and are frequently only available for a limited time such as the Easter or Christmas period. As far as I am aware, they have only been sold in New Zealand once (for Easter 2012), but they have been available quite a bit in Australia. Thanks to Jean-Pierre Comtois for the first three Maxi toys in my Kinder Surprise collection. None of the Maxi toys in my collection (save the K00, C and DE ones) have a number, so I've just listed them alphabetically.
A note on acknowledgments: If I link to someone’s Web site or e-mail address, it means they’re still active in Kinder Surprise trading (as far as I know), and I would be willing to deal with them again. Someone whose name is not linked but is in bold is a person who is no longer actively trading (as far as I can tell), but with whom I would be willing to deal again or recommend to others should they decide to resume trading. Finally, someone whose name is neither linked nor in bold is a person, persons or business with whom I may have traded in the past, but for one reason or another would not do so again in the future. Hedgehog - plush, inside sealed bag. This particular toy was not issued with a paper. Thanks to Vic Morris for this one. Toy Type: Plush Toy: Hedgehog. No. of Duplicates: 0 Hockey Game - with what I think is a fox or cat, wobbly snowman and two Christmas trees. EASTER 2001 (COMPLETE SET OF 2)
Boat - one of only two new Maxi toys issued for Easter 2001 in Australia and Canada. The remaining Easter 2001 toys were recycled from Christmas 1998. Anyway, thanks to Lionel Long for this one.
