Biimyo, up close and personal
Biimyo is the older sister to Shizuka. She attends Kasei Private Girl's Academy along with Sora and her sister. Biimyo is nice and gentle, like Michiru, and I suppose this is why she was chosen. As Neo Neptune she is very protective of the earth and senshi and does not like to see them give up easily.

Neptune Neo Power, Make up
Biimyo says this to transform into Neo Sailorneptune.
A string of sea green energy twists up and around her,
then it straightens and widens, forming a funnel, it
vanishes and shows her in her fuku, then she does her
stance.
Aqua Flood
This is Neo Neptune's defensive attack.
She raises her hand as a beam of liquid
sea green energy forms and shoots it at
her target, soaking her to the skin.
Oceanic Tide
This is Neo Neptune's offensive attack.
She says this, both hands raised, and a
wave of sea green energy forms and sloshes
at her target, splashing the earth as it does
and hits the target with incredible force,
knocking them off their feet.
