Every unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. This trademarks belong exclusively to its licensors and are
protected by American, the European, British,Australian, and international trademark laws and treaties !
Federal law provides severe civil, and criminal penalties for the unauthorized use of these registered names to the any Martial arts instructional DVDs or web sites. The only authorizing entity to incorporate all the names. etc., are our international Headquartes, and as defined by 17U.S.C. Section 101 et seq. and any violations could be liable for statutory damages as high as $150,000 as set forth in Section 504(c)(2) therein.
Anyone who uses any variants of the registered names without proper authorization from us, is contributing to the confusion of the public, and the deterioration of the true martial arts' identities as well as the proud individual martial arts in the martial art's community that still follow the true path of martial art!

Alle nicht ausdrücklich genehmigten Benutzungen werden strafrechtlich verfolgt ! Das gilt auch für sämtliche Schreibweisen, wie etwa
"World Independent Hapkido Federation" oder "World Independent Taekwondo Association".
Darüberhinaus wurde alle Logos, sowie Namen beim Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt nach Ablauf der gesetzlichen Widerspruchsfrist als Bild- und Wortmarke eingetragen.
