martial sciences for the 21" century, the establish meant of The WMAL Women & Youth Division.
Why a separate division for women and youth in the martial arts?
First, in the United States, it is the law...! Title IX legislation was enacted to guarantee that young women
and girls would have the same opportunities as their male participants in sports.
Second, there are international women's and youth rights organizations that will applaud this effort
by the WMAL to enhance the quality of life for women and children.
