Miss Janet Jackson...mah idol...mah mentor....mah gurl!!! I can't recall exactly when it was that Janet first became such an influential part of mah life...I'm sure a lot of people will agree that she kinda sneaks up on ya. I've liked Janet's music ever since I first heard Control..way back when I was a lil one!! Over the years I fell in love with more than her music though....she became a mentor in so many ways. Her beauty..intelligence..heart and soul continue to touch me in the deepest way. Like many Janet fans I feel like she is speaking to me through her music and I am unable to express mah gratitude to this great lady. However I think Janet knows....she speaks to all of us in her special and unique way...she knows how to touch us by doing nothing more than what is in her heart. I love you Miss Janet.
