Peach Upside-Down Cake



3/8 cup (3/4) stick margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
5 peaches
Batter:
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
Pinch of salt
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 cup flour
Mix batter first. Melt 1/2 cup margarine.
Combine with sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs, milk and flour.
Stir just until combined In big cast iron skillet,
melt 3/4 stick margarine and 3/4 cup brown sugar.
Slice in 5 peaches and top with batter.
Bake in fry pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Let cool 15 minutes and flip onto cake platter.
