Sections!

Part 3 -Life After The Apple Orchard
Part 4 -Life On The Circuit
Part 5 -Life With Kristin!! (the best of them all)
            A. Showing
            B. Being Semi-retired

Part One-THE BEGINNING!

Covey was bred at Murecroft Farms in Duntroon, Ontario (Canada) by a nice woman named Patsy Eastmuir. She was born at Murecroft on April 27, 1982, which would make her 17. She was sired by a retired racer (due to a bone-chip) named Coup de Des,
and was out of a grey mare named Greek Cloud. Cloud was accquired by the Eastmuirs in exchange for helping two mares foal.
Based on the pictures I've seen, Murecrof-Farms is beautifuly old fashioned with large, rolling grass pastures, and adorable wood fencing :)
She was a crazy little foal! Her legs appeared incredibly long and floppy. Covey's mane stood straight up in the air for who knows how long,
and she was a liver chestnut, unlike her mahogany bay color now.
Covey..er...Anna..spent five years of her life at Murecroft, though she
was bought by Miss Rollins when she was 3 1/2. Murecroft Farms is also where she had her foal! She was bred to a Hanoverian stallion named Lorbas and foaled at the age of four. Her colt was liver chestnut (as a foal at least) with tall hind socks and a blaze similar to hers. His name is Lovat.

Part Two-Life Before The Apple Orchard

I can't say that I know a ton about Covey's life from here! Though I received a letter from Miss Rollins which included a few adorable pictures of Covey as a young whipper-snapper, (hehe) I never *did* find out who she was sold to. I do know, however, that she was tried cross-country, but, ss I could have guessed, she found that to be less than desirable. That's allright Cov, I love you anyway :) She also was fox-hunted on more than one occasion. Her life before the apple orchard started off filled with pleasant people and good experiences. Unfortunately it ended a little different...

Part Three-Life (During and) After The Apple Orchard

Well, it's not quite finished, it's barely begun, but soon, I will have a complete page on Covey's life :)

Sorry For The Inconvenience!
