When Arthur met Carmaleda he stoped paying atention to the tick. So The tick made a boy out of wood and a little bit of macaroni. He of course is not real but the tick seems to think so. when thay where stuck in the belly of Blow Hole. To get out thay needed to burn little wooden boy to get out.
