"Anasazi"
Mulder receives a digital copy of MJ files taken off the Department of Defense site, that appear to be coded. Mulder starts behaving strangely, and Scully is baffled. Mulder's father is killed shortly after trying to tell him something, leaving Mulder distraught and sick. Believing Krycek to be the killer, Mulder is shot by Scully as an attempt to prevent him from killing Krycek. The agents travel to New Mexico in search of a native speaker who can translate the MJ files. Cancerman shows up and wreaks havok for Mulder. At the end of the final scene, Mulder is in a boxcar set ablaze by Cancerman and his goons. Is Mulder dead or alive??
