"The Blessing Way"
Mulder is missing, and Scully finds herself in danger. Cancerman tries to track down the MJ files, learning Skinner has given copies to varioius unnamed people. Scully goes to Mulder's apartment where she and Skinner have a "talk" of sorts. The final scene ends with a sound in the hall outside the door.

"Paper Clip"
Mulder shows up as Skinner and Scully are face-to-face at gunpoint. We learn Mulder has miraculously been found and healed by a native american healing ceremony. Scully and Mulder seek information on alien experiments by Nazi war criminals, while Skinner tries to keep them alive. Scully's sister is mistakenly shot, and the final scene ends with Mulder and Scully mourning the loss of their loved ones.
