They were my inspirations in Scouting!!

Thank you for visiting my website.

This site is dedicated to the thousands of campers who have camped at Camp Osceola and helped to make the camp one of the best in the country. Many of them have been kind enough to share items with me for my collection and I thank them for their generosity.

I am the Historian for the Heart of Anerica Council and the Tribe of Mic-O-Say and have been writing articles in the Kansas City Tribe of Mic-O-Say newsletter Cedar Smoke and other publications for several years. These historical articles have highlighted what the early days at camp were like and how the pioneers built something that we enjoy today.

I collect all articles dealing with Scouting history in Kansas City as well as other items such as merit badges, Philmont patches, rank badges, books and jamboree articles. Let me know if you have any old or odd Scout items.

I am looking for any of the early felt camp patches or other memorabilia from Camp Osceola or other early camps or the Kansas City Tribe of Mic-O-Say as well as any other unusual Scout items. Please e-mail me at adubill@aol.com if you have any such items.

I hope you enjoyed this website--please invite others to visit !!
