The Memories Of Our Journey
This is the conclusion of our pictorial travelogue: the trip home.
Here's John, showing how excited he gets over game theory:
But the trip home was not without its own moments of beauty. In between the car-choked freeways and the smog-infested cities, we stopped at what has to be Georgia's nicest, most beautiful ... public rest stop.
No kidding, we saw the traditional blue "Rest Stop Next Exit" sign and turned off because Sam's bladder was going to explode, and we pulled up at the Eden of public rest stops in Georgia.
Nice, eh?
It was at this rest stop that I also managed to snap my one and only picture of a coach the entire trip here, and it was:
Erin Clarke from Pittsburg! Who incidentally left after this year, so she is no longer the Pittsburg coach but rather will be a coach for a school down in Tulsa I believe. Smo also left to pursue her Master's degree, and Mr. Boehs left from Independence to move out to Western Kansas. I'm telling you, these things come in threes.
Anyway, that was our trip, complete from the first photo to the last reststop. But don't worry, we'll never forget it. Not as long as we have memories and pictures for when our memories fail.
