Sonic Shuffle

-- Intro --
Well, it's been a while since Sonic Adventure's release. Sonic fans need just a little more to hold onto for their time. And there have been news about an upcoming Sonic Adventure 2! So what do they give us while we wait for the sequel? Simple...a board game.

-- Story --
The story behind Sonic Shuffle begins like all good adventures do, with a mystery and our heroes… Sonic and the gang are transported to the mysterious Temple of Light in Maginaryworld, a dimension not quite their own that is composed of people's dreams. Bewildered and lost, they are met by Lumina Flowlight, a magical fairy who tells them about the plight of Maginaryworld. The once proud and beautiful land of dreams has fallen victim to the dark will of the evil creature known as Void. Through his treachery, he has shattered the Precioustone, the source of power for Maginaryworld's queen and protector Illumina, the Goddess of Dreams. With her powers gone, Illumina disappears and Void's darkness spreads.

-- Gameplay Info --
Anyone who has ever played a board game, like Mario Party for Nintendo 64, would know ahead of time what to expect. Unfortunately, this game got horrible reviews from all top sources. The load time was draining, the game was very boring, & the game cheats so much it makes Game Sages look like a baby! But hey, atleast it had nice graphics...

Time to get to the basics. Like Sonic Adventure, you can choose different characters to play with. Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy are on the list. Although if you do certain cheats, Big, Gamma, & even a lovable Chao can be played. The gameplay starts out with the Sonic crew all on one point from the entire board area. Each player must take turns picking a number card which informs you how many spaces you may go. Each point has a special puprose. Either a mini game, increase of rings, decrese of rings, and other goodies. Your main priority is to get as many gems as you can in the entire board. By getting the most gems, you'll be priviledged to pass to the 2nd board and so forth.
