There are no rings in this stage, so I suggest you start moving as soon as it starts.

 

Try to lock onto Eggman as much as possible. He'll be a bit tougher than the first time, so shoot at him like crazy.

 

Be cautious of the bomb in the middle of the room. It can be used to hurt Eggman or even you if you're near by.

 

Eggman will become more frustrated as you hit him more. He'll unleash either two special attacks. The first attack is a bunch of homing missiles following you, or it can be a large rainbow blast. Defeat Eggman as fast as possible and you hold the key to victory.
