Notes: Buffalo snaps a 22-game
losing streak in front of a small Arrowhead crowd of 31,492. The Chiefs’ ineptitude that characterized the
John Mackovic era is evident again in this game. Despite driving to the end zone, Kansas City can’t manage
to score the winning TD. The Bills are
almost as bad, so this becomes a back-and-forth, defensive battle. Charles Romes intercepts Bill Kenney twice in
the end zone. Warpaint gallops in the 4th! Missing last 40 seconds – no scoring
involved.
