Notes:  Defense rules this game, as both offenses struggle to move the ball into scoring position.  The Browns finally get a field goal with 4:29 left in the first half.  The Chiefs tie it up with three seconds remaining.  Cleveland goes ahead again after the half, but it’s Kansas City that finds the end zone on a 9-yard pass play to Billy Jackson.  The Browns end up surrendering 11 sacks, and QB Paul McDonald throws 3 interceptions.
