Notes:  QB Drew Brees makes his NFL debut after Doug Flutie gets hurt late in the second quarter.  The Chiefs give up a 19-point lead at halftime and squeak out the winning touchdown with 1:26 left, then nearly give it away with a senseless personal foul called on S Jerome Woods.
