Grade:  7/10 - Jumpy, jittery video, missing 4th quarter

Notes:  Bill Kenney versus Neil Lomax.  The first quarter sees scoring attempts come and go as Chiefs kicker Nick Lowery misses a 53-yard field goal and St. Louis has a touchdown called back on an illegal motion penalty.  The Cards finally find the end zone on a 5-yard run by RB Earl Ferrell, capping a 65-yard, 10-play drive.

St. Louis gets a big drive in the second quarter thanks to the Chiefs’ failure to cover the tight end, and the Cards go up by 14 with a 13-yard touchdown pass to WR Pat Tilley.  Kansas City finally gets on the board with an 18-yard pass to WR Stephone Paige with less than a minute left in the first half.

The Chiefs go 3-and-out four times in the third quarter, then come up big when LB James Walker hits TE John Goode and knocks the ball loose, and KC picks it up.  Then on the next play QB Todd Blackledge drops the ball trying to get it to WR Anthony Hancock and St. Louis recovers the fumble.

The recording ends at the end of the third quarter.
