Grade: 8/10. Good color, decent commercial edits. Sound issues in the last 10 minutes of the 4th quarter distract significantly
Notes: The KC defense pressures QB Dan Fouts all day, forcing him into 3 interceptions. Fouts finally connects with his dependable RB Gary Anderson for a 34-yard TD pass halfway through the 4th quarter. Then an interception of a wobbly Blackledge pass in KC territory sets up a game-tying field goal. On the ensuing kickoff, Chiefs rookie special-teamer Paul Palmer runs it back 95 yards for a touchdown, and the Chiefs hold on for the win, a rare bright spot in what would turn out to be a dismal season.
