Notes:  The Seahawks come into Arrowhead at the short end of a 3-15 record against the Chiefs over the previous 9 seasons, and this time they have to battle nature in addition to the boys in red.  A steady rain turns into a torrential downpour, dumping 5 inches in an hour and forcing the officials to put the game on hold for 54 minutes while the lightning passes and the field can be drained.  It’s a turnover fiesta prior to the delay, as the passing game disappears and the running backs can’t hold on to the slippery ball.  Darryl Williams sets a Seahawks record with three opponent’s fumbles recovered.  James Hasty becomes the 6th player ever to join the 20 interceptions/20 fumble recoveries list, joining the likes of Dick Butkus and Ray Nitschke.

Thanks Heath!
