Answer Key:

7-13 points: A casual collector Although you’ve read the book and seen a few movies, collectibles just aren’t your thing. You might have a t-shirt from the show, but you’d pass a flea market booth laden with Phantom items, whether from the films or musicals, right by. You have every right to feel pride at your collection no matter how small. You didn’t get any of the jokes, did you?

14-20 A beginning collector You have the movies and CDs, and you would jump at a chance to see the show. You are wise in your spending limits, and often have other hobbies besides collecting Phantom memorabilia. You’d stop at the booth, but only for fair prices. You need to work on the sense of humor too, I said this would be fun.

21-27: A growing collector: If your collection is large now, just wait a year or two. You have a definite love of Phantom collectibles, but you don’t want everything. You select only what you truly like and never buy an item just because it is Phantom-related. That table would provide some definite temptations for you, and some good buys. Your sense of humor is growing well, keep cultivating it.

28-34: A superstar collector Other collectors are awed by the items you have amassed, but it doesn’t go to your head. You can always be counted on to know where to find an item, and if you don’t you have should sense enough to admit it. You’d negotiate with the dealer at the booth for the best prices, and walk away with your arms loaded. You also have a fine sense of humor, since you spotted the jokes and sometimes played along. At least I’m hoping you knew they were jokes.

35 points: An obsessive maniac The only way to get a perfect score here is to share my weird sense of humor or need mental help. I can understand not wanting to marry a non-collector, but you need some help if you want to collect living people. If any of the actors playing the Phantom disappear, you’d be a good one to ask.
