16. Pleat-fold the center of the model.

17. Fold the model into half with a valley fold. Place it in a horizontal position as shown below.

18. Outside reverse-fold the neck part to form the head part.
 

19. Crimp the head part to form the beak. Pull out the hidden lower beak

20. Outside reverse-fold the tail part.

21. Crimp the head to raise it and round the top of the head. Stuck in the loose middle part of the body.
Crimp both the legs and then narrow them with mountain folds. Outside reverse-fold the tail and
outside reverse-fold the tips of the legs to form a simple claw.  If you are determined and adventurous, open the leg
part  and pull out the loose flap hidden inside. With the flap you can try to form the claws. With practice,
you will succeed.
