PKA looks straight ahead at the men in the ring and speaks to Rey. "You've done pretty good for yourself man. You run this training facility part time and are the Commissioner for Headstrong Wrestling. That's tight."
Rey turns to PKA, "Yeah holmes, I guess I've done all right." Rey grins. "But I don't brag ya know?"
PKA smiles. "Yeah man, I hear ya. I'm glad after all I've been through yesterday that now I can start fresh today. I thought you had a house for me though?"
Rey turns to PKA and nods his head grinning. "Yeah holmes, chill chill.. it'll come in due time. You can chill at my crib for a while until its finished. There are a few more things gettin' done to it just for you. But hey, what did you think about Mainstreamer's promo earlier we watched before coming here?"
PKA shakes his head. "That guy is out of whack man, I tell ya. He thinks that just because I call myself ultraviolent and all that I have to be a jerk outside of the ring. He thinks that I can't have a normal life just because I like being a little crazy in the ring. What he doesn't get is that I actually have a life and unlike him I don't have to go around blowing things up for a cheap laugh, I can live my life as I want as a good person and still go out every week and kick punks ass just like his who doubt my abilities."
Rey raises his eyebrows and looks at PKA in shock. "Damn fool, that's a lot of stuff you just said! But I agree with you esse The Mainstreamer needs to lay off of you. Its been rough lately.. at least by what you've told me it seems that way." Rey places his hands in his hoody pockets.
"Yeah, its been rough. I told you pretty much everything earlier today.. sorry to bore you with all that by the way."
"Its cool."
PKA turns to Rey and points out at the wrestlers in the ring. "But you see, if everyone was just starting out again, they'd be different. If Mainstreamer remembered back when he first started wrestling, he probably had respect for other wrestlers and now he just doesn't. Those guys in that ring know they have to be respectful to you and the other trainers otherwise they won't get anywhere. What I believe in is showing up every day and busting my ass to make it known that I belong there."
PKA drops his hand and looks straight ahead at the men in the ring once more. "He brought up how I didn't talk much about what he said in my last promo. Well damn! My last promo consisted of my ass getting arrested and taken to jail because of what HE did! I didn't have the chance to say a damn thing because of his dumb actions. He has the audacity to say that I fear him.. that I fear his accomplishments, his attitude.. what was the last one?"
Rey lifts his left hand up with a finger extended at PKA in a sort of gun form. "Ring skills.. which he has none."
"Exactly" PKA immediately replies. "What's his deal with deciding that I'm no better than he is? He thinks that just because he is the NWO World Champion that he is a better wrestler than I am! He's never defeated me, so he cannot say he's better than I am. Now, if he had, then I'd understand it clearly and agree that he is better, but he hasn't, and I am the better one. I remember in his second promo he mentioned not losing the title really but no matter if you vacate or give the title to somebody else.. it still means you lost it, its no longer yours, so he needs to figure things out before he replies to them. And then he goes on in this last promo to challenge me to some kind of a match, a Mainstream Event, whatever the hell that is! Look, he can have his stupid stipulation match. I sure as hell hope it involves weapons, because if not then it shows how much of a coward he is. I'm sure as hell not winning the NWO World Title in an arm-wrestling match like B-Pac did last week. I'm going to win it in a man's fashion by defeating The Mainstreamer one, two, three."
Rey scrunches up his face, "And what was that all about when he burned that dude up?"
PKA shrugs his shoulders, "I got no idea man, he's fuckin' crazy. But hey, like I said, in ring and out of the ring actions are totally different in many ways. He sees me as a guy who should be violent outside the ropes because I'm violent inside.. but that's not the way it is. Now I look at him and see guy who is out of his mind, mad crazy outside the ropes and the ring, but in the inside, let's just see how crazy he can get, because I'm tellin' you Rey... he's gonna have to put up with a lot of crazy shit when he fights me. He said he likes to dish out the pain, and well, I like to take it...but I also love dishing it out as well.. and he's gonna be in for a rude, Ultraviolent awakening come Malice."
PKA and Rey watch the kids in the ring do their thing for a few more minutes while talking. Rey then calls it a day and sends everyone home. They walk outside to pure darkness except the light that is above the big steel doors. They get in Rey's low rider and drive off as the scene fades to black.
The scene opens back in San Diego as PKA and Rey Valiente are at his local training facility Valiente Valley Training. They watch different newbies try out their skills in the ring and just do whatever they want after they've already done everything for the day. PKA and Rey talk in a corner.
