Shipping, Cancellations, and Returns
SHIPPING
Shipping is via UPS or USPS for orders within the United States and via Post Office for overseas orders. All of our items are sent out within 10 business days. Most of our murakami are made specially for us, so delays may occur. Delays can also occur at times when inventory is being replenished and during periods when large orders are being received. Buyers will be notified of any delays.
International shipping will be at your own risk once the shipment is sent. We are not liable for any lost, stolen or confiscated merchandise by customs and there is no refund on shipping or merchandise.
CANCELLATIONS
We will issue a credit to any and all cancellations requested before an item is shipped. The cancellation fee for this is 20% of the total price. This fee covers the cost of administration and credit card back charges to our site. Thank you.
RETURNS
NO ITEMS PURCHASED BEFORE A SALE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE SALE PRICE RETROACTIVELY. NO EXCEPTIONS! We inspect each bag before shipping. We do not give refunds or exchanges.
After your bag is made, we will take a digital picture of the exact bag that you will be receiving. You will be emailed this picture. You will actually see the bag that you have purchased before it is shipped. You then have the option of cancellation if you do not like the bag. We are very proud of our bags, and have not had one cancellation yet. Thank You!
