And here is my cousin Amanda - I'll scan the picture I drew it from and put it next to the drawing so you can determine if it looks like her or not. I'm happy w/ it! Though her eye's are crooked.... and it's driving me crazy! But there's no way I'm erasing that left eye and raising it - they'll just have to stay crooked. Plus her head isn't tilted enough. And next is a drawing of my Aunt Bert I drew for her on her 84th birthday. She was thrilled! ^-^

Here's the real pic (it scanned a bit dark):

Aunt Bert

Here's the real pic (it's not really that blurry):

Here's a drawing that I did for my sister as a Christmas gift - shhh! Don't tell her! ^-^ I know it's really light, but, hey - it was a light pic! ;)

Here's the real pic:

Here's a self-protrait I did for my husband (well, b/f, at the time) that he had been begging me to do for him for the longest time. I did it as a b-day gift. ^-^ I know it doesn't look the greatest, and my scanner likes to put blurs in my pics sometimes, but most pple (lol) knew it was me. My lips where twisted funny. Plus, I had to ad-lib half of the shading, because I lost the pic - duh me! To this day, I cannot find it - I think it got mixed in w/ my brother's school stuff and dropped??? I'll never set anything on his stuff again - it seems to disappear! ;) And, yes - I squint one eye when I smile. ^-^

Well, I did a drawing of my wonderful friend, Doug, for his b-day, but forgot to scan it before giving it to him, lol. He scanned it for me, and even did this nice little print (thank God!), but grabbed the wrong disk when bringing it over. LOL. He found it - he's just got to get it over here, lol. It looks 50 times better in the real drawing - this print lost half the detail, and cut the top of his hair off, lol. But I'll post the drawing as soon as I get it. And the pic, if he remembers to bring it. ^-^

Here's a drawing I did of my niece, who just turned two - she was one when the picture I drew this from was taken. Her name is Carlee, and she is a darling!
