A beautiful shooting star appeared in the sky. It was simply gorgeous. I shielded my eyes and watched it as it fell down. It was beautiful. Suddenly, a bright white light appeared. I was blinded for a minute and I couldn’t see straight. A person appeared

“Don’t’ hurt me,” I said. It must’ve been 2 AM at night.

“I could never hurt you,” The voice said. I gasped again. That voice…it was so familiar.

Tears formed in my eyes. For the very first time. It was the oddest thing, I had no idea why I was crying right now. Nick appeared. I gasped. He was beautiful. He was dressed in all white. Luminous white. Cloud white. Heaven White. He had a tiny gold halo above his head. Fluttering wings formed on his back. Tiny precious wings.

“Oh Nick…” I whispered. He was an angel.

“Rachel,” he said

“Nick…come back! Don’t leave,”

“I have to leave Rachel,” Nick said sadly. My god. He was perfectly beautiful. No person could be more beautiful than he was at that moment. Gorgeous

“I love you,” he whispered. He kissed my cheek. It was a soft brush of air. I started crying quietly

“Don’t cry,” He said. He wiped the tears away with his fingers, which felt like wind.

“Nick…” I said through my tears “You never taught me how to dance,”

Suddenly, this absolutely fantastic smile burst onto Nick’s face. He held out his hand. I put mine on it. He guided me around the park.

I laid my head on Nick’s beautiful shoulder as we slowly moved around the park. When the song ended I looked at him through my tears. He began to disappear from view,

“No Nick…” I said

Nick put a finger on my lips. I was quieted immediately “I love you,” He whispered into my ears. I was about to respond when he disappeared. I started feeling the air, searching for Nick

“Nick…come back….” I sank into the cemented floor. I cried. Big loud as hell sobs. I eyed the basketball that was next to me. I picked it up and shoved it at the basket. I smiled through my salty tears. The ball went into the basket. I wiped my tears away and stood up tall.
