Heather Jackson
Heather studied drama at Queen Margaret College,
Edinburgh, and voice with Jeanette Mackay. Since graduating in 1986, she has
worked extensively, both here and abroad. Theatre work includes: Andy in
Stepping Out at Perth rep, soloist in Broadway Dusseldorf created by Arlene
Phillips, Fiona McScratchit in Mr McScrooge at the Glasgow Pavillion, Prince
Charming in Cinderella for Borderline Theatre Co., Princess in Aladdin and
Jack and the Beanstalk at the MacRobert Art Centre and the national tour of
My Fair Lady with Edward Fox, directed by Simon Callow. Heather has also
cruised the world with P&O as a soloist and member of the Stadium Theatre
Co. on MV Victoria, SS Canberra and their new flagship MV Oriana, playing
parts as diverse as Tina Turner and Eliza Dolittle. On TV she has played
Margaret Thatcher in a party political broadcast and Catherine Gailbraith in
the long-running soap opera Take The High Road. Before joining the cast of
Phantom, Heather was starring in the West End Revue Show at The Talk Of
London and guesting on the Judy Spires Show on BBC Radio 2.
