Olga Talyn Olga Talyn recently completed nine years as Mme. Giry in The Phantom of the Opera national tour (Carbonnell Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Tour). Broadway: The Phantom of the Opera, A Doll's Life. Regionally: The Old Lady in Candide, Arena Stage, Lady Thiang in The King and I, Mrs. Frank in The Diary of Anne Frank, Vera in A Private View, Mark Taper and three seasons at Berkshire Playhouse, New York appearances at Manhattan Theatre Club, Jewish Rep, Circle Rep, Music Theatre Works, Hudson Guild, R.A.P.P. and Carnegie Hall. Movie debut as Svetlana in "Moscow on the Hudson," several TV appearances. Opera: Tosca and Lisa in Pique Dame. Six year veteran of acclaimed 1970's improv revue, The Proposition.
