Ingredients:
1 30 oz. can of Libby's Pumpkin Pie Mix
2 9 inch Deep Dish frozen pie shells
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 teasp. salt
1 teasp. cinnamon
1/2 teasp. ginger
1/2 teasp. cloves
2 cans of Evaporated Milk
1 tablespoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 eggs
Mix together all of the ingredients. Take the pie shells out of the freezer. Do not let them thaw. Pour mixture into the pie shells. ( There will be some mixture left over.) Place pies on a cookie sheet and bake till done*.
* I have no idea what temperature to bake them on because my stove doesn't have the temperatures on it. I bake cakes at this same setting so go by whatever temperature you bake cakes. Pies are done when you place a fork or toothpick in the center of the pie and it comes out clean.
