Is becoming a Christian as simple as you outlined on the ANSWER PAGE?

Yes, God designed the plan so that anyone could understand it.

What about Baptism?

This is an arguement that Satan has used to divide the churches since the days of Jesus. But there is not an easy answer. I've always been taught that baptism is a symbolic gesture to show the world that New Christians have been converted. I do know that the Bible mentions nothing of the thief on the cross as being baptized. This is an answer that you need to determine for yourself. Some helpful passages can be found in Matt. 3:11, 20:22; Mark 1:8, 16:16, 10:38. There are plenty of other passages, hopefully these will get you started.

Why do we call other Christians brothers and sisters?

Jesus said that "whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother." Mark 3:35. Also in I John 3:1 the Bible states that "we should be called sons of God". Believers are all part of God's Family.
