17 lbs. beef chili, no beans
8-1/2 lbs. canned chopped green chili peppers
8-1/2 lbs. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread cream cheese evenly in the bottom of a baking dish. Spread canned chili over cream cheese. Spread diced green chiles over meat. Sprinkle with jack cheese. Bake 40 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
