(Here's a code I discovered,more people discovered this and now lots of people have it, I have tested the code and this will work. It is for Gameshark.)
How to get Surfing Pikachu with gameshark
1.Put your Pokemon Yellow starting Pikachu in the first of your six group.
2.now type this in for Pikachu to learn surf...(013972D1) The first move will be taken away to be replaced with the move Surf.
3.After your starting Pokemon,Pikachu has learned surf by gameshark go to Fuchsia City and go south to where two trainers' are and a house,go in the house and there will be a man and a pikachu,talk to the man and he will notice your Pikachu can surf.
4.Now your on your own controling Pikachu's surfing with the d-pad on the Gameboy.
