City 7; Doctor Chiba's Private lab

"Those things you are fighting now, call themselves Zebernaios. They are basically machines with live organic brains. They are all linked together by a main computer system. That's why they can regenerate themselves so fast; as soon as one dies off, the computer immediately recreates another one. Their life spans are really short. They go from one civilization to another, stealing its natural resources" The girl started.

Doctor Chiba slowly nodded. "I understand now…to be able to regenerate themselves that fast, and in that short time, They need tons and tons of fuel…"

"That's when the UN space government decided that they have to put a stop to the Zebernaios. They created a micro chip that could destroy their main computer system; Therefore destroying their whole entire race." 
She stopped and sighed.

"However, before the chip was completely finished, The Zebernaios found out about it. They knew that only one person's DNA could activate the chip, and that person was on board City7. At first they tried to destroy City7, but our army had learned from past fights with them, and was able to defeat the Zebernaios every time. 
We never would have guessed that they had invented a time machine. They used the time machine, and traveled here; the past, where the army has no idea who they are and how to fight them. They could easily turn City7 to dust."

"I see now…" Captain Jenius said. "Because the Zebernaios don't know who that person is…so they want to kill everyone one board City7…"
"Exactly." The girl nodded.
"I still don't see why you are here." Mayor Millia said with a frown. "They could have sent us an army general to direct us on how to fight them!"
"To be able to win them, you'll need lots and lots of military power, Mayor Millia." The girl said politely. "After two battles with them, I don't think you have enough people to fight them again." 
"…She's right, you know." Captain Jenius said. 
"Well, why don't they just send that person who can activate the chip!" Mayor Millia 
went on. "Then we'll be rid of them once and for all."
"She's standing right in front of you." The girl said.
"YOU!!!!?????" Everyone shouted.
"Yup." The girl nodded. "I'm the one. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Melody. All I ask for is some simple equipment, a valkery, and it's good night to the Zebernaios." Her smile was as bright as a sunflower.
"That's wonderful news." Captain Jenius said with a relieved smile. "However, I think you'll need to alter you're plan a little bit, Miss Melody. We have two people that have been taken hostage by the Zebernaios."
"Um, can I ask you a question…?" Mylene asked, slowly approaching the young girl.
"Sure." Melody's brown eyes sparkled.
"Why…do you look so much like me…?"
"Well…that's because…" Melody took a deep breath. "I'm…your daughter."
Mylene's eyes widened, and she fell completely silent.
"Congratulations, Mylene." Doctor Chiba said with a big smile.
"That would mean you are my granddaughter!" Mayor Millia exclaimed.

Melody looked at Captain Jenius. "Who are the people that have been taken?"
"Latinate Gamlin of Diamond force, and Nekki Basara of Sound force."
Melody's face went completely pale.
"W…who?"
"Gamlin Kizaki and Nekki Basara." Captain Jenius repeated again.
"Oh, shit…" She muttered. " Uh, Pardon me for my language. It's just that they are in great danger…"
"WHAT!?" Mylene cried.
"Well, let me explain. I don't know how the heck those machine heads have managed to be so lucky, but one of the them is my…well…"
"What?" Every one asked.
"Well……"
"Are you testing our patience?" Mayor Millia demanded.
"F…Father…" She said, in a tiny voice. She knew her mother must be totally embarrassed by now.
She was right. All eyes fell to Mylene, and she grew BRIGHT red.
"A…are you sure?" Mylene asked slowly.
"Yup." Melody nodded. 
"Well, well, well! How does it feel like to know you're future, Mylene?" Doctor Chiba asked, chuckling.
Mylene didn't answer. Her face was now as red as the sun on a hot summer afternoon.
"It's nice to know that now we have another military man in the family." Captain Jenius said with a proud smile.
"Oh, don't keep your hopes up." Mayor Millia said with a sigh. "I'll bet that daughter of ours went off and married that good for nothing rock punk!"
"Dad!! Mom!!" 

"We need to go save them immediately." Melody said very seriously. 
"If the Zebernaios somehow find out, neither of them will have much chance of surviving!"
Everyone fell silent again. 
"When do you suggest we make our move?" Captain Jenius asked.
"Right after I think of a good plan…" Melody said, looking quite worried. 
"Well, we can help." Doctor Chiba said. "Did you bring any maps and stuff with you?"
"I have the blue print map of the entire mother ship. That should be handy." Melody said, pulling a huge map out of her backpack.
"All right then!" Captain Jenius said. "Get our best army advisors down here, and let's do it!!"

Dec 12 6:40 PM
City7; Nekki Basara's apartment.

Mylene lay on Basara's bed.
So much has happened today, and she taken totally by surprise.
Now she knows that she has a daughter, and either Gamlin or Basara was the father.
The thing that worried her the most was that they were both in great danger.
She blinked hard, trying not to let her tears roll down.

Just then, a little head popped up on the edge of the ladder. It was Melody.
"Hi…" She said. "I was looking for you…"
"How did you know I was here?" Mylene asked sitting up.
"Ray told me." Melody walked up and sat down beside Mylene.
"Mom…I mean, Mylene, I know this is kinda hard for you…but you have to hang in there. I know dad. He's never one to give up. He'll make it!"
"I'm coming with you." Mylene said.
"What?"
"I'm coming with you. To save Basara and Gamlin san. I'm sick and tired of being told they'll be alright. I'm going to make sure of that myself." Mylene's eyes were filled with determination.
Melody smiled. "Boy…now I know where I got my stubbornness and impatience!"
Mylene took a deep breath, not sure if she was ready for the answer to the question she was about to ask. 
"Who is it?" She asked in a tiny voice.
Melody smiled. "I don't think you're ready to know that yet, Mylene. All I have to say is that you are very, very happy." 
Mylene frowned. "Come on!!"
Melody shook her head, obviously enjoying this.
"Please?????"
Melody finally giggled. "Okay, okay…I'll tell you when this is all over, alright?
"Promise?" Mylene asked holding out her pinky.
Melody hooked her pinky around Mylene's. "Promise."
The two girls giggled at each other.
