A faint breeze whisks past. He inhales as the cool fingers of wind
dance between his fiery hair and outstreched fingers. The scent is a 
bittersweet salt... A wave laps at his bare toes... he should be afraid,
but for some strange reason, he's not. The setting sun splashes intimate
colors  across the dimming sky. In appreciation he bares his fangs to
the ocean...]

*When my life has passed me by...* [He falls back on impressionable sand.]

*you were always there for me.* [He hears Nuriko's voice...]



*One way...* [His eyes drift open.]

*In the eyes of a passerby...* [He sits up to listen for recognition.]

*I'll look around for another try* ["Are you there?" he whispers.]

*And fade away...* [He strains to hear past the sound of splashing waves.] 



*Just close your eyes and I'll take you there* [Nuriko's voice is there...]

*This place is warm without a care*  [He's beckoning him to come nearer!]

*We'll take a swim in the deep blue sea* [He crawls to deeper water.]

*I go to leave as you reach for me...* [Nuriko disappears.]



*Some say...* [Water rushes past his elbows and through his thighs.]

*Better things will come my way...* [He glares up at the orange skies.]

*No matter what they try to say* ["Nuriko." he says.]

*you were always there for me* 



*Someway...* [His vision begins to blur.]

*When the sun begins to shine...*  [He sees a shattered sunset...]

*I'll hear a song from another time...* 

*And fade away*    [He lets a tear fall.]



*Just close your eyes and I'll take you there* [Kouji is walking nearby.] 

*This place is warm without a care*  [He sees a partially submerged Tasuki.]

*We'll take a swim in the deep blue sea*  [He slightly alters his course...]

*I go to leave as you reach for me...* [to place a hand on Tasuki's shoulder.]
  


*So far.*   [He leads Tasuki onto the waiting seashore.]
