Help us collect Empty Printer and Fax Cartridges!We are in desperate need of assistance to pay for the computer ink-jet, laser, and fax printer cartridges we use on a daily basis. The company that we are working with has agreed to give us $2.00 and up for each empty cartridge we supply them. As you use and empty printer cartridges, please help us by sending your empties to Arnett. This would be greatly appreciated! |

Breakfast ProgramPlease remember that if your child is participating in the breakfast program, they need to be at school before 8:10 AM. Make note that the line is open from 7:55 until 8:10. |

Academic Team WorkshopFourth and Fifth Grade Students: Are you interested in the Academic Team, but not sure what it is all about? Then attend our workshops and see how we study, practice, compete and work together. Workshops, practices and competitions are always on Wednesdays. Attend any or all the workshops on Wednesdays-September 11, 18, and 25. They will be from 3:15-4:00 pm in the library. A permission slip is available from your homeroom teacher. If you have any questions, please see our coach, Ms. McLean.

Arnett Chorus PracticeChorus rehearsals have begun! Third, fourth, and fifth graders are welcome to participate in the chorus every Tuesday from 3:00 until 4:00 in the music room. Each child must bring a signed permission slip. Questions may be referred to Ms. Eastin. |

Popcorn sold each FridayThe Arnett Elementary PTA will be selling bags of popcorn each Friday for 25 cents a bag. All students that bring in 25 cents will receive their bag at the end of the day. |

Only a limited number of Arnett Yearbooks have been reserved, so be sure to order yours today! Yearbook envelopes have been sent home. Please complete the outside of the envelope, enclose your check or money for $6.50, and return the envelope to the school office or your child's teacher to reserve your yearbook. |
